A case could be made for that trendline although I'm not crazy about it. Looks like you are using linear (aka- arithmetic) scaling whereas I prefer log (semi-log) scaling, which usually ends up rendering different trendlines. I'm ok with allowing that spike down below the trendline & you do have enough reactions on the trendline to validate it but it's just not a "very clean" trendline, with numerous distinct reactions at various points along the TL without any clear violations. Sometimes I will use similar trendlines but the "cleaner" the TL & the more reactions it has, the higher the weighting I put into it. With that being said, if you get a sharp reaction (drop) off that backtest, that would help to validate the TL.

No idea where NNDM goes from here but I can say with conviction that the 4.92ish seems to be a very significant resistance level on the stock: Bullish if it can take it out with conviction, bearish if fails here again. Price action has been strong on this recent thrust up to that level with NNDM making a brief momentum-fueled overshoot of that level intraday, only to close back below it yesterday. That big spike up to the 4.92 level back in May was also very impulsive but the stock was checked there just as it was on the impulsive spike up back on Oct 23rd 2019 following the 1/10 split.
Looks like a thinly traded stock so the recent surge may be attributed to that ETF company buying shares (it doesn't take much to cause big gains in a thinly traded stock) vs. natural buying but again, from a technical perspective, I wouldn't buy here (just below resistance) but a solid break and/or daily close above $5 would offer an objective entry with the appropriated stops somewhat below 4.90. Daily chart below.

That depends on many factors specific to each trade. Regarding FNGD, you might want to make sure to have stops in place as we hit that extreme oversold reading on /NQ yesterday at the same time both QQQ & IWM fell to key support with both reversing off those levels. That pullback to support with the extreme oversold reading was an objective place for active traders to cover a short & even reverse to a long for tradable bounce off that level.
If you're in FNGD for a longer-term swing trade, then you might not be concerned about taking any money off the table yet as your profit targets would likely be much lower. Of course, the recent breakout above the trading range was 100% bullish & the near to intermediate-term trend off the Sept 21-24 divergent lows clearly remains bullish for now so any index shorts (other than quick, tactical trades) are counter-trend trades. One option to scaling out of a trade as profit targets are hit is to lower stops & let the position ride.
