Nat gas chart (both UNG & /NG) is very sloppy & choppy right now & I just don’t have a good enough read to render an opinion on the near-term direction although I still believe the longer-term (daily & weekly) charts are constructive & most likely pointing to higher prices in the coming months+.

Those negative divergences that I pointed out on Bitcoin (GBTC) a month or so ago continue to play out & it looks like more downside to come although GBTC has been trading on the 17.00 support level for the past 3 days so would need to take that out with conviction to open the door to the next leg down.

Meh. If big tech/$NDX falls, it will most likely put pressure on the small-caps. Better off picking one or more of the most bullish looking sectors to go long as a hedge against an $NDX short. I’d have to dig thru the charts but maybe some of the defensive sectors.

I’ve been bearish/short on KRE & XLF (regional banks & financial sector, including the big banks) in recent weeks & still favor more downside. If so, KRE probably has the biggest impact on IWM (small-caps) but of course, that might go the other way.

I only covered the Nasdaq 100, a few of its largest components, SOXX (semis), & $TNX (10-yr yield),…. all of which are very interrelated right now & I’ve been stating the importance of the likely impact on the stock market, especially tech (a cyclical/growth sector) if yields continue to rise. To not include both in my analysis of the stock market at this particular point in time would be incomplete IMO.

By my analysis, the rally in NVDA is most likely done with the next leg down either just recently started or will shortly after any potential earnings-induced pop (although I favor an immediate post-earnings drop).

Here’s my weekly chart of NVDA with the same price targets I first shared back in Sept 2021 (the current/recent rally was off a tag of my 2nd long-term downside target. Recent uptrend line break & bearish PPO crossover on the weekly helps to support my analysis.

doubtful, I don’t think Randy has ever made a losing trade, well none that I’ve seen here.
