QQQ broke down below the 5-minute rising wedge late Friday, setting up a sideways trading range with the next sell signal to come on a 5-minute close below the bottom of that range (342.50 support).

Just see the Feb 25th chart in comment from 2 days ago. Is there a newer one from today?

In reply to <a href="https://rightsideofthechart.com/stock-market-analysis-2-25-22/#comment-23381">LanLord</a>.

Yes but that depends on one's time frame & trading/investing style. As of now, we have many key stocks & sectors successfully testing & bouncing off key supports & trendlines at last week's lows with positive divergences on most, as well as positive divergences on the major stock indexes. As such, one could go long here with stops below the recent lows.

Should the recent lows get taken out soon, then the odds that QQQ, SPY, & IWM fall to my next targets on the weekly charts will increase substantially so one could also go long there (or ideally, at my final target on QQQ for investors/trend traders, but that depends on how the charts look if & when we get there).

QQQ day trade sell signal triggered (SPY also below 5-min TL). Set stops commensurate with one's price target(s). With the weekend coming, one could either book profits at the 1st or 2nd or tighten up & trail down stops at that point. Day trades (oversized positions) should close out by the end of the day whereas swing traders could take a short position home into the weekend.
