Remember to have stops in especially when trading options. I was just trying out some paper trading with all the volatility we’ve seen in the S&P 500.

I was in a put option on SPY. Below is a chart of the call.

At the end of the trading day, the call on spy at 394 increased 100% in 5 minutes!

awesome if bet correctly, horrific if not.

On my chart, it looks like we already broke down through both of those support lines and just have the 200 SMA to break through now… Apple has also broken through both 200 MAs. Looks very bearish!

Blue line is 40 SMA and Red is 200 SMA

Monthly Candle has respected 40 SMA since 2004 and that’s the furthest I can go on tradingview. Current February Candle shows a Perfect Rejection of 40 SMA so far.

Note we have 2 more trading days left for Feb!
