No material change in the technicals nor my outlook for GDX, gold, & the US Dollar. UUP effectively hit & reversed off T1 last Thursday but (for now) remains in a near-term uptrend & comfortable above those key long-term support around 26-27. If & when T1 is clearly taken out, that should increase the odds for a move up to T2, at which point gold & GDX traders are likely to “get the memo” that a bottom in the Dollar is in with a new bullish trend underway (which is likely to bring gold & GDX down).

GLD also still needs to take out the 300ish support, otherwise, still can’t rule out another marginal new (yet still divergent) high before a decent case of a swing/trend tradable top in gold can be made.
