I wasn’t aware but thx for sharing. For some odd reason, that WSJ article is dated Jan 23, 2019 but I check Barclay’s (issuer) website & confirmed they are retiring it. Here’s is the press release. I’ll mention that in the next video & close out the trade & probably roll to UVXY or one of the other VIX etn’s. Indeed, something that should be noted for this trade, that’s why the volume has disappeared in the last 2 weeks.

Yes, this morning I was going to take a small position and Fidelity had a block on VXX , but I was able to buy UVXY on my account. I am hoping that Barkley’s expectation the Volatility to go up and are minimizing their exposure. Just my thoughts.
