I see a couple of possibilities for the pattern … I have been watching this pattern for months … actually since I am here in Japan more interested in Softbank which has the same shape and if I am analyzing the H&S right then that would suggest an ultimate -70% … and last, if you look at the NIKKEI 225 it has a similar sideways year long trading range as IWM with recent breakdown and large volume thin area underneath … been waiting on this for months … another thing that could fall fast
