SOXX is a lot like QQQ where just a handful of the top components (the big AI semis) make up the bulk to the returns. I plan to cover it in a video soon but XSD is a better gauge for the overall health of the semiconductor sector. Top 10 holdings in SOXX account for a 56% weighting vs a 29% weighting for the much more balanced XSD semi ETF, the latter of which has yet to take out its Oct 29th high & if it does so soon, it will simply extend the big negative divergences that were already in place at that high.
