amen. when I have the desire to be trading, because I’m sitting here watching, I daytrade 2 min and 5 min charts where stops can be very tight. Still means waiting for a setup.

Anytime Shambo. Just watching the market action right now. Technically, the Q’s just back-filled the gap to the lowest candlestick point from Friday (104.06 vs. a HOD today of 104.08) & so far, the sellers stepped in there. SPY hasn’t even made it to Friday’s low yet but the day is still very young so just watching right now.

Glad to hear that m_m. One suggestion that I would make to both rookies & veteran traders alike (I have to remind/force myself all the time) is that more often than not, the less you trade, the better the results. By that I mean try to resist the urge to ABT (always be trading). Wait patiently for the market or a stock to come to you; e.g.- your type of chart pattern/trade setup; a pullback to a support level where the charts indicate a high probability of a bounce; etc..
