Certainly appears that way. While I have seen consecutive bull & bear flags play out, it is pretty unusual although the measured target of this potential current flag would take QQQ down close to the top of my 194.39-195.68 target zone. Worth watching for an impulsive break below the current consolidation area although I’m still leaning towards more upside today (QQQ trading at 200.45 as I type). Thanks for pointing that out.
