Spot on, nice call. Big green candle following earnings with an impulsive breakout above the downtrend line on Friday with a slight fade today. SPG pulled back about 1.3% early today, offering an objective entry, although I was hoping to see it get back just a little closer to the 153.14ish support level. Too close to the 159ish resistance now so I’ll wait to see if the stock offers another objective entry for an entry on an official trade but more than glad to share my thoughts for updates on the stock for those that took it before or after earnings.

Just read this comment now & I agree. Still looks good but not enough upside until the 159ish R level where I would expect a reaction to add to it here.

VTR also looks good as well but I’m being extra selective & cautious on new long positions now as the broad market still appears that it might take another leg down soon. Thx for bringing these up again as the REITs are one of the better-looking sectors in the SPX right now.
