The biggest development in decades will come if & when $TYX (30-yr yeild) and especially if/when $TNX (10-yr) breaks out above the recent highs as those would also be breakouts to mutil-decade highs in yeilds not seen since just before the financial crisis… utterly debilating to the stock market, IMO, unless it proves to be a relatively fleeting breakout/whipsaw, followed by a sharp & sustained drop in yields.

A solid & sustained break of those highs in the 10 & 30 yr will substantially increase the odds of my 50%+ bear market targets on QQQ & SPY. The Treasury Dept. & Fed will do everything in their power to prevent that, but the bond market is massive & should they fail & get steamrolled by the bond vigilantes, then I’ll be so short just about all risk-assets that there won’t be any shares available for anyone else to join the party….lol.
