I’ll address that in a video today but basically, we need at least some half-decent or better sell signals on the market and/or some of the leading stocks. A failed breakout is also something that I’ve been expecting for a while now so I’m hoping that QQQ and/or SPY will get that (breakout to new highs) out of the way this week to set the stage for a failed breakout.

Sure although I’m far from an expert on the real estate market (although I do follow it, both nationally & several regional markets regularly). Specifically regarding SF, google up on the spat between Zillow & Compass. You’ll read about the hidden listings & make sure to also include the most recent headlines that just hit this week about Zillow’s thread to ban those that use the private listing that Compass & some others have been using.

Sorry, I took most of yesterday off & just saw this. Yes, LULU broke out above that downtrend line yesterday, thereby offering an objective long entry. Still looks objective today from where it’s trading in pre-mkt.
