Agreed. I mentioned ARM reporting tonight AMC in this reply to earlier: https://rightsideofthechart.com/soxx-stop-hit-following-reversal-off-1st-price-target/#comment-38927

Technical analysis works best when a stock has plenty of trading history to chart. While FIG only started trading publicly back at early August, I can say that it's a very nice-looking setup, despite much trading history to go off.

FIG is setting up in a bullish falling wedge with a buy signal to come on a solid break above R1 (confluence of resistance with the bullish falling wedge/downtrend line, 21.15 price resistance, & 50-day EMA just above the two). Here's my daily chart. Alert set, thx for pointing it out.

Yes, $VIX refusing to back down despite the retail feeding frenzy on semis. Financials (XLF) mostly flat today, as pretty much every other sector that isn't top-heavy on tech or any of the Mag 8 (XLK, XLY, & XLC are all top-heavy in the Mag 8)...financials, healthcare, staples, energy, utilities, etc. weren't invited to the risk-on/tech party today & the $VIX knows it.

Very similar technical posture (higher low with bullish divergences) as the $VIX had in mid-Feb 2025 when the market topped, followed by the biggest drop in years.

Thank you, Randy! Watching the Semi trade like a hawk. ARM reporting today could extend or throw a wrench in the move I think.

What do you think of FIG?

Vix looking like a prime time entry zone to me slow grinding up during today’s melt up.
