In the event of a deep market crash, is there any hidden risk — or gotchas — in something like a buying a put-spread on QQQ or SPY?

Example — QQQ — Buying 300 PUT, Selling 290 PUT

Just wondering if there’s any hidden issues that arise in the event of a real deep crash… maybe even hidden liquidity issues?
