Darius Dale warns in his morning note that the consensus expectation today is for a &quot;hawkish skip&quot; by the Fed with regards to interest rate.  Meaning that the bar is low for a &quot;dovish suprise,&quot; and after the CPI and PPI data showing more improvement than expected, there is a higher likelihood that Powell sounds more dovish than he&#039;s expected to sound, which would be bullish for stocks.]]></description>
