8266 was a decent minor support level on /NQ until Wed but then it traded several 60m candlesticks thru that level with each breakdown reversing when /ES hit those dual uptrend lines on the 60m chart. In this morning’s Charts I’m Watching, I posted a small triangle pattern that might come into play on /NQ. I should say the minor uptrend line on that triangle is not very well-defined so I’m not putting too much of a weighting on it but it could very well spark a wave of selling if taken out. That would also depend on what /ES is doing at the time.

Yes, it also appears to me that a break below the 52ish support would provide an objective short entry for TSM. All the better if you see SOXX and/or other individual semis having recently broken down as well & the more, the better the odds will be that a TSM short will pan out. Lots of thin air under TSM with a potential downside target around 45.50, should the semis & broad market start a new downtrend soon. You’ll have to decide whether to take the quick buck if shorting TSM & the semis if & when the sell signals come or hold out for much larger gains. Best of luck if/when you take it!

Basically, the bulk of the initial pop has probably run its course today or into tomorrow with the odds for a pullback ramping up at this point but I explain my thoughts along with some levels to watch in today’s end-of-session video.

Agreed, I know the pot stocks weren’t part of this video Randy but couldn’t help but notice the sector the last 2 days is up 10-30% depending on the stock. ACB is up close to 30% the last 2 days. You touched on them briefly last night but just looking for any additional thoughts after another nice move today.
