TEAM recently put in a nice divergent low while very oversold on the daily chart, rallied hard from there, but then got smacked down at intersecting price resistance & the 200-day MA’s.

It has since pulled back to the top of a resistance zone, so I think a case can be made for an objective long entry here and/or down to the bottom of that zone (3 lines), but my confidence or read on where the stock goes from here isn’t very high.

Objective: Yes. However, my confidence in adding to or taking new index shorts today is less than it was earlier this week, since XLF & some of the big banks recently broke out above the 200-day MA’s and/or the downtrend lines I highlighted earlier this week. I really want to see the financials show me some half-decent evidence to make a bearish case on that second-largest sector in the S&P 500, as right now, we’re just seeing sector rotation with profit-taking in tech (largest SPX sector) into financials (2nd largest) & others.

Sitting on my hands regarding any index or semi-sector shorts for now, waiting to see what happens later today & next week.
