The are big disparities amongst the individual REITs as some are feeling pain (e.g.-commercial properties in certain locations) &amp; others buzzing along. Huge differences between the types of REITs (e.g.- hospitals, nursing homes, apartments, shopping malls, etc..) &amp; where their properties are located. I&#039;ll try to dig thru the components of IYR &amp; see if I can find some trade ideas.]]></description>

It closed at the minor &lt;abbr class=&#039;c2c-text-hover&#039; title=&#039;An uptrend occurs when a security or index is making a series of higher highs &#038; higher lows.&#039;&gt;uptrend&lt;/abbr&gt; line off the 7/13 low today with the next support a little further below around the former &lt;abbr class=&#039;c2c-text-hover&#039; title=&#039;First Profit Target&#039;&gt;T1&lt;/abbr&gt; level (6.74ish).]]></description>

Yep, That&#039;s what I called for in last Friday&#039;s video (MSFT down post-earnings, GOOGL up to make one final thrust higher &amp; put in a larger divergent high before reversing).
