The are big disparities amongst the individual REITs as some are feeling pain (e.g.-commercial properties in certain locations) & others buzzing along. Huge differences between the types of REITs (e.g.- hospitals, nursing homes, apartments, shopping malls, etc..) & where their properties are located. I’ll try to dig thru the components of IYR & see if I can find some trade ideas.

WEAT stilll needs to clear that previous reaction high from June 26th, which is where it was just rejected from with those negative divergences still in place. It closed at the minor uptrend line off the 7/13 low today with the next support a little further below around the former T1 level (6.74ish).

Yep, That’s what I called for in last Friday’s video (MSFT down post-earnings, GOOGL up to make one final thrust higher & put in a larger divergent high before reversing). Here’s the screenshot from that video drawing out that scenario. So far, 4 for 4 (TSLA, NFLX, & MSFT down post-earnings, GOOGL up first (so far) then down (we’ll see)
