Although I will add that I doubt /NQ will make it to that upper-most potential target (bottom of trading range where the powerful sell signal was triggered once broken). Lots of trapped rats (longs) just waiting to the right opportunity to jump off the sinking ship as the Titanic just hit the iceberg last week & most likely has plenty more downside unless the bulls can somehow manage to foil the key sell signals from last week (and the weeks before).

Potentially, yes. I think the odds for a tradable bounce are favorable today, especially since the futures held up over the weekend & QQQ didn’t gap down below T2 (on the daily chart).

Arrow breaks on this 60m chart denote potential bounce targets (including downtrend line) for /NQ.

NVDA has minor resistance around 800 which could serve as an initial bounce target, then 822ish & then 840 max. potential bounce target IMO.

I do think the odds are favorable for the market & NVDA to bounce today but I’m driving with one foot on the gas & one on the brake as there were some major sell signals last week that we’re only coming fresh off of. Therefore, this rally (or the next, if we don’t get one today) could get sold into just as it starts to get going.

Counter-trend bounces when volatility is high can produce very quick gains but you just have to be nimble & willing to close it out early or for a loss, when/if it seems that the market wants to take another leg down. G-luck!
