That 2nd (higher), thinner downtrend line which /NQ is currently testing is my BOD (benefit-of-the-doubt) trendline so when/if that is clearly taken out as well as the R1 (first price resistance) level just above it, that should increase the odds of a rally up to T1 and or T2. 60-minute chart:
