Yep. /KC is testing the top of the downtrend line/falling wedge highlighted in the last (video) update as the divergences continue to build. Buy signal still to come on a solid break above that downtrend line/wedge pattern.

Of course & the level of the stop(s) should be commensurate with your price target(s). If targeting a quick pullback to that 11787 & uptrend line support, that would be about a 2.2% drop & with what I believe is an above-average chance that target will be hit, I’d allow a below normal R/R/ Typically, I like a 3:1 or better R/R but in this case, I think a 2:1 R/R is fine so a stop somewhat above the recent highs to allow for a backtest of the trendline seems ideal IMO.

It crossed the steep up TL. However, if you were trading futures last night, there was not much desire from the market to go down & basically the short op for active traders highlighted in yesterday’s video was foiled after a small ~0.5% pull back with divergences being burnt through.
