No change in the longer-term outlook since I posted this chart on Dec 31st. $SILVER still has yet to take out that parabolic uptrend line, but once it does, I expect the ensuing drop will be similar to those previous parabolic trendline breaks on this long-term weekly chart as well as just about any security that goes parabolic. As I often say, parabolic uptrends typically don't end very well. Short-term, we need the primary uptrend lines in GLD & /GC to get taken out as well as the support zone just below on this 120m chart of /SI (silver futures), and that minor uptrend line that comes in at the bottom of the gap, which defines that support zone. One of the highest (and fastest) profit potential short setups that I see right now.

Hi Randy,
Please provide your opinion on /SIL, both short-term and long-term. With political uncertainty, Silver should keep moving higher and with extremely strong momentum. At the same time, on the monthly chart, RSI is at 92.63! Way overbought!
