					<description><![CDATA[To your point about price of oil being the most important cost in an economy, I often point out another as the most important price in a market and name oil as second. To me the price of risk and money or interest rates.  Tomato, tomatoe, but thought I&#039;d share my similar thoughts. They are certainly both extremely important.
