Absolutely, & I think it will. This link will load my recent coverage of the $VIX although you’ll have to skip forward in the videos to that part. Easy to do by dragging the time slider at the bottom of the video forward until you see the $VIX chart (ticker symbols are watermarked in the middle of most of the charts I cover in the videos).

Just need the financials to join the recent sell signals on tech (QQQ, XLK, SOXX, XSD, etc.), and that will most likely cause the $VIX to start to climb, especially if the tech weakness morphs into more of a tech-wreck soon.

Agreed. SBUX has been a range-bound but very swing-tradable stock (off the divergence highs & divergent lows, coupled with buy & sell signals) within that multi-year trading range.

The stock has just rallied into the 108ish resistance with negative divergence & a decent (not great, but decent) steep uptrend line below, in which to trigger the next sell signal. Daily chart below. Thx again for pointing out.

MCD has decent support around the 275 level, which it just hit & is bouncing off. Hard for me to gauge how much more the bounce will carry, although based on the longer-term (weekly) chart, I see more downside in MCD in the coming months+.

SBUX is setting up for a short. PPO cross over as of today, sitting on uptrend support, a tag of 50 day support is about 6% down with a 3% stop.
