Somewhat unusually large drop in wheat & corn today, probably news related although I also noted a unusually large reversal in silver & gold today, especially on the heels of a strong rally right before that reversal. Algos gone wild? A hedge fund somewhere blowing up? Fat fingered trades? Or just noise? Not sure but I continue to see yellow flags that keep me on alert for a sudden plunge in the stock market.

Wheat undercut the recent lows today so I can’t make a case to hold or enter new longs here. Maybe if it rally back above the recent lows, especially if it can engulf today’s red candle but for now, doesn’t look good.

The first chart above stating that “QQQ is still offers an objective long entry..” was the one I posted yesterday after first highlighting it as an objective long entry the day before (Wed). 2nd chart with the arrows predicting a pullback today off the bottom of the 1st target zone is (was) today’s updated chart.
