Congrats on the trade & nice exit. I agree to err to the side of caution & being quick/conservative in booking profits when trading options as staying just a little too late to the party & trying to hit a home run vs. single or doubles risk watching your profits evaporate very quickly.

Thank you Randy for your answer, i closed out my position at 109 ish (sept 10th) after the price did no make new lower lows on the daily time frame.
I always more cautious when i trade option because of the time decay.
That cautiousness paid out, MSFT rallied to new high.

As of now, I'm leaning towards the 105 area as my preferred target on MSFT & I think that if the stock falls to that level, it will do so rather quickly, most likely by early to the middle of next week now that both MSFT, as well as QQQ & SPY, have broken below those recent consolidation ranges/minor support levels. Keep in mind that accurately predicting where a stock is headed is one thing but accurately determining when it will get is even harder but that's my best guesstimate. Best of luck on the trade!

Hi Randy,
I like the setup on MSFT. I took some Put option on MSFT.
Since it's a hourly chart, what is your insight on the time frame that the target can be reached? 10 trading days?
Regards,
