My preference would be a smaller lower line on the bottom of the wedge, not really a trend line but more so a divergence line (which probably align with the previous two peaks on the momentum indicators although you didn’t include them on this chart), as I’ve drawn in purple.

I like to take the widest part of the wedge, which I did with the dotted blue line, and add that to where prices break out above the wedge (which hasn’t yet happened on this one, although I put a line around where it might) to give the measured target.
