Looking at both SPY and QQQ daily charts. Could the last 2 weeks have been the set up for a massive bear flag pattern with today being the start of it playing out.

In reply to rsotc. Twitter and discord would be difficult to manage subscriber lists. It would require, imo, at least another person to handle. Managing that alone would drag Randy away from the charts too much.

Most of the meat has been taken off a $VIX long trade & with the $VIX around the high-end of its range, the only trade I see here (although very aggressive) is shorting the $VIX (via futures, TVIX, selling VIX calls, etc..).
I do have a private twitter feed but I don’t actively use it as I usually don’t have a spare minute left in my day after focusing my time on continually analyzing the charts, my own trading & getting timely analysis & trade ideas out to subscribers on the site. I’d also have to get a handle on how to effectively & efficiently manage the subscriber list to a private twitter feed to sync with Silver & Gold members on the site. Any suggestions are welcomed.

In reply to rsotc. Nice day trading this week. The vix is not usually a not good product to trade. its hard to ignore at this point. Any thoughts as to how to play for the down side. I have been looking for a yolo option in may or June. Also, Do you have or can you have a private twitter feed.

In my rush to get this post published, I had left out the /ES 60-minute chart which as since been added above. Just to be very clear on the commentary in that post, the bearish scenario (substantially more downside to come) is still my preferred scenario whether or not we get a relatively small bounce off these minor support levels first or not. While a solid break above /NQ 8506 & /ES 2975 would might put a dent in that scenario, it wouldn’t necessarily negate it.
