Yes, that does take the form of a bull flag continuation pattern & meets the volume criteria (declining volume on the formation of the flag). As such, you'd want to look for an impulsive breakout above the flag on increased volume & could go long there with a stop below the flag if it fails.

Hey Randy, on the SPX 15min/30day chart … does that almost look like a classic Bull flag? … if not, why not? Thanks

I've tweaked the 2nd price target on the 60-minute chart from a single level (106.68) to a target/support zone that runs from 106.68 up to about 110 on the 60-minute chart below. I've also included an updated version of that weekly chart with the long-term targets on NVDA that I posted a couple of weeks.

Keep in mind that until & unless QQQ clearly takes out the uptrend line off the April lows, the odds are still decent that QQQ can push up to the top of my "market top" range around 511.74, which is about 3% above current levels If so, that should be a "net" tailwind for NVDA. A net tailwind doesn't mean that if QQQ rallies another 3% that NVDA must also rally, just that if/when QQQ does begin the next downtrend, the odds of NVDA hitting those deeper downside targets will increase significantly.
