			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There is something very unnatural in the option trading as far as this QQQ meltup goes.  i would not be surprised if it leads to major financial institutional failures of one type or another.  perhaps with a silver component as well.  Equity only put call ratios started the day at .47????</p>
