I expand on what I said regarding the arrows in the post in the video that I just published after this post. Those “potential bounce/up” arrows are showing the potential for (relatively) very small bounces within a larger downtrend that has already played out for much more than even the max. potential counter-trend bounce target (bottom of the range) & is also dwarfed by the potential/most likely downside targets that I still maintain.

I think Randy is making the prediction that it will go down. If you are a day trader you might game both the up and then down and if day trading is not your forte, just sit tight with your shorts till the final targets are hit. IMHO.

All the arrows are pointing down in my eyes even with bounces.
