Depends if you are an active trader or not. I reversed my /NQ from short to long after the open today around the same levels that we're trading at now as I favor a short-term bounce, then more downside.

While a favor a bounce here off my 217.70 target/support on QQQ before the next leg down, it is certainly possible that doesn't happen so for those that don't already have a short position on the Q's, a case could be made to start scaling (i.e.- taking a starter/fractional position that you plan to add to). My preference for my accounts other than my trading account (those with typical swing positions) is to add to them on a bounce up to that bounce target zone today and/or tomorrow and wait until at least AAPL has reported before adding to those positions again, depending on how the charts look at the time.
