$NATGAS has pulled back to uptrend line support on the weekly chart below with the PPO backtesting the zero-line from above. A reversal here would increase the odds that we’ll get another major leg up to my potential long-term target around 6-6.40.

/NG also continues to build divergences on this 60m chart with the next buy signal to come on a solid break above 3.20.

… and keep in mind that even though I have down arrows on the chart & that is my expectation for the next MAJOR (20%+) trend, that scenario is contingent on a sell signal which would come on a solid breakdown below that minor uptrend line.

The stock could continue to ride up that TL for another few weeks or months….or… it could break below it tomorrow. Either way, no sell signal, no objective short entry.

Not sure what you mean by misleading, pls clarify. That’s just their best guess of where the stock is headed to & there’s a decent chance they’ll be right.

First of all, that only about 12% above where the stock is currently trading so not a big call. Second, that’s about where I have that overhead resistance line, which aligns with that previous ATH from 2021 that I mentioned.
