Actually, I think FANGs outperform, IF interest rates keep moving lower (bonds higher). The FANGs have led these past two days, and NQ/YM ratio reversed bigly. If this new “Fed pivot” theme continues, then I think Nasdaq outperforms, and shorting the Dow Jones against it might be a nice pair trade, as it definitely would have been today and yesterday.

And IF currencies have reversed, then Gold and Treasury Bonds have likely reversed, as anticipated here on RSOTC. And if Treasury Bonds have reversed, isn’t it likely that QQQ has also reversed (or at least put in a durable bottom)? Should we begin to look to buy dips and chase breakouts to the upside now? When the the horrible earnings reactions in AMZN, MSFT, GOOGL, META couldn’t get the indexes lower, and Jerome Powell’s own words couldn’t keep pressure on stocks for more than a day, is it possible we are in a new uptrend in risk assets?

Randy has repeatedly said he has offsetting indirect hedging happening in his acct.. right now, I am taking parts of his trades and got hammered as i dont have offsetting positions. Randys calls, as accurate as they can be at times, are a probabilty.. that means he will be wrong and if we follow we will be wrong too. You have to act accordingly and take all of what he says and does with his acct with the whole picture in mind.
