I trade QQQ. I translated Randy's NQ downside targets to t1 = 217.17 and t2 = 215.44 for qqq. I think Randy's bear flag on the flagpole is good for another drop equal to yesterday's drop, although not all in one day. That brings S&P 3100 into view.

It seems that S&P 3200 downside target was hit, and sliced through. There is a series of gaps below. The flagpole is long, so another 3% down is playing out.

Target hit on the ES...not close on the NQ, but the NQ is holding up better. Do you think the drop is probably about over for now, and it's time for the bounce?

A couple of typos have since been corrected in the post above, including the fact that:... the market "couldn't" catch a half-decent bid... yesterday.

To add to the commentary in the post above, this market can certainly break either way today so although short since just before midnight last night, I am still keeping my index positions light, for now, willing & reading to either close them out or reverse back to long on a dime, depending on what the charts bring today.

Should the market (and the FAAMGs) take out yesterday's lows followed by impulsive selling, that would essentially be a sell signal via breakdowns below those bear flag patterns on the FAAMG stocks as well as QQQ & SPY (with the bulk of the 'flagpole' being the large gap down yesterday).
