Good question & hard to say. Assuming /NQ breaks below the 9000ish support, which would also have taken it below that uptrend line, I think that it will most likely head down to that 8890 level fairly swiftly. If that were to happen in the next day or so, I would suspect we get a bounce off the initial tag of 8890, followed by another leg down to the 8800 and/or 8694 support/targets. First things first though, and that would be a solid break below today's lows in /NQ & QQQ which are the 9000 & 217.70ish support levels.

The bounce at the open was due to the fact that both the futures (as shown in the post above) and QQQ (as per my recently posted 60-minute charts and the one recently posted above in this comment section) were both at support (QQQ was & is once again testing that 219.84 support that was colored yellow). As I said above, support is support until & unless broken so basically, the lows of the day are the support levels that need to be taken out to open the door to the next leg down.

If/when I catch up on things, I'll try to post any day trading opps that I come across in the trading room. I basically use the same TA tools (support/resistance, bullish & bearish chart patterns, candlesticks, divergences, etc.) when day trading as I do with swing trading. The primary difference just being the time frame (1-5 min charts vs. 30m- daily & weekly charts). However, I also factor in what's going on with the longer (30m, 60m, daily, etc.) time frames when day trading, even if my primary focus is on the short-term intraday charts.

SOXX is at support right now, just as with QQQ (see my comment just posted above) and /NQ (same TL support as it was testing earlier today). A break below these supports on all 3 (SOXX support is 247.75ish) would likely take SOXX down to the yellow primary uptrend line, then the 237.45 support. If SOXX has a decent bounce off the TL first, then a break of the TL would likely take it down through the 237.45 support. Should SOXX take out 247 soon & continue down through the trendline with a momo-fueled overshoot, a reversal off 237.45 would be likely followed by a backtest of the TL from below.
Best to use the chart of SOXX to align entries & exits on SOXS for now (they track the same index) but I'll try to mark up some comparable targets on SOXS as soon as I can. G-luck!
