Chart still look constructive for at least a short-term bounce (& potentially more, especially if we get a decent rally in IEF & TLT soon) at this time & could even put in a marginal new low & still have the 60-minute divergence intact, although I don’t favor & really don’t want to see that.

ETSY continues to backtest the primary downtrend line from below following the recent breakout. Should run if/when it can take out this post-breakout high.

DG still has positive divergence on today’s margin new low & will most likely run if/when DLTR can breakout above the downtrend line & intersecting 77.40ish resistance. Daily charts on all 3 below.

If the stock market craps out & takes a big leg down soon, that certainly won’t help the bullish case for any of the 3 long trades above. If the current positive divergences on the 60m charts of SPY & QQQ play out for a decent (high single or double-digit) rally, these stocks will likely outperform the broad market.
