Appears so. Short-term rates rising most likely due to diminishing expectations of how much the Fed will be cutting at the upcoming meeting(s).

However, personally I&#039;m not shorting the short-dated T-bills/notes here as SHY (1-3 yr Treasury ETF), although it appears to be breaking down below a bear flag, has pretty good support (top of multi-year trading range around 82.36) just below. (see daily chart below).]]></description>
