CVNA recently hit (or effectively hit, coming very close) & had the typical reaction off T1 (support). It remains below the recent high & is currently testing resistance around 446 so “ideally” it gets rejected here. If so, the next break below T1 should sharply increase the odds of the next target(s) being hit. With the sell signals triggered on the 60m charts of SPY & QQQ yesterday, that is my current preferred (most likely) scenario, although I most certainly can’t rule out a new marginal & still divergent high if CVNA can clearly take out 446, especially if the stock market holds up for the next week or so. Daily chart below.

Here are my daily & weekly charts of KHC with notes on the daily (breakout & current backtest of minor downtrend line with divergences continuing to build). The stock is down about 8% from the entry/breakout above the minor downtrend line so starting to test the limits of a reasonable R/R ratio, if taken there while targeting T4 (21% profit, if hit).

Not so crazy about the fact the stock is now clearly starting to move below that 24.74 long-term support on the weekly chart so IMO, KHC either needs to reverse & recovery that level very soon (i.e.- false breakdown/whipsaw, which would be bullish, especially with some type of candlestick reversal pattern) or this one just continues lower, as it just can’t seem to catch a bid.

Bottom line: I can’t make a very strong case to buy right now (other than the backtest of the recently taken out minor TL) & if already long, I wouldn’t give it much more rope on the stop.

Thx for the update & I really hope your biz is able to emerge on the better side of this soon. I recall reading about at least 2 trucking companies recently filing for bankruptcy (ch11 and/or 7).

The intermediate & long-term charts for the major grains (wheat, corn, & soybeans) all still look very constructive, IMO. I also like /ZW & /ZS coming off this most recent divergent low on these 120-minute charts & recently breaking out above their downtrend lines. Both looking very good near-term & potentially long-term.

KHC keeps cratering.

One unfortunate new development is that Mexico is now putting tariffs on Chinese imports. We jumped from the frying pan into the fire as we rerouted our imports from the USA into Mexico.

There’s a big concern that this Venezuela invasion is going to cause China to hold back rare earth metals again or electronic components.

Buckle up 2026 will be a wild ride. Businesses need stability to plan. We are already planning for projects in 2031. The whole business case gets exploded with a 10% tariff increase.
