If you create a H/S from Aug, Sept to Oct and it takes shape, go from neck line to top of Sept (head) and then do the same from neck down, it comes right in line with the June 19 low.

Are you referring to August range being left shoulder, September being head, and what October could do be the right shoulder? Interpreted the chart that way.
