As I like to say, 'hope' is a 4-letter word in trading/investing. The only guarantee I like to give is the guarantee that I will be wrong & wrong a lot. Your positioning (or lack thereof, as going flat/into cash before a big FOMC meeting may be the best option for many) should be aligned with YOUR outlook for the market and/or any other securities you hold as well as your risk tolerance, as the market & many rate-sensitive assets, is likely to move sharply one way or the other after the FOMC announcement.

Hard to beleive this market will go down tomorow when all of us know that powell wont raise rate more than .25 %, we need a bad news and i don't think it is going to come before next trimestrial reports of co. But this is not technical at all and as i am short, hope you right Randy. Just read from an other site using fibonacci technical, if sp500 breaks up 4009 it will go up to 4067 before turning.
