It’s YOLO spending (from the consumer) driving the economy IMO (plus gov’t spending from the various Bidenomics (CHIPS Act, IRA, Etc.). In fact, I just finished reviewing my various charts on the consumer I have saved at FRED.

Slow-ish day so I might do a video on some economic indicators, for anyone interested. That will help to explain why I believe consumer spending has been driven by that whole YOLO mentality since the pandemic.
