					<description><![CDATA[A day later, we have a nice backtest of the wedge breakout. The only thing holding me back is what’s happening in treasury bonds. I think we will need to see bonds breakout of their near-term &lt;abbr class=&#039;c2c-text-hover&#039; title=&#039;A downtrend occurs when a security or index is making a series of lower lows &#038; lower highs.&#039;&gt;downtrend&lt;/abbr&gt; (yields move lower), before QQQ can really get moving to the upside.]]></description>
