We started a recession but after a strong downturn that upturn we will get reopening is going to show growth. They will say the recession is over even though it’s not.

You realize how the FED is going to play this. Due to the fact we had such a strong downturn due to the virus we will have a strong uptick no matter how much the other parts of the economy are slowing. They will play this as the end of the recession. We will show one quarter of growth after the shutdown. That growth will be due to the virus shutdown. Then surprise the economy will start to show a slow down again after that.

The puts was was watching and was waiting to buy on AMZN jumped 30% into the close today when the stock was making all time high. I might have missed a good buy. It always seems like the top is in when the upgrades start to happen.

In reply to becky. TSLA is $20 away from testing ATH. I think it might shoot $100 or so above there to shoo away the weak shorts, then maybe down to fill the $651 gap

Two other interesting set ups. [Posted about Monster beverage earlier today as well] (screenshots go in the same order as listed below)

1. MTN – Vail resorts. It’s mostly institution owned from what I remember and AFAIK they slashed their dividend when COVID started. Nice break down of the up TL on high volume with follow up. 3rd day so far. This thing can be pretty volatile.
2. MTCH – Match dating. – took a starter short, then drew the second TL which made me question that decision, but that ~$91 level seems like a major top and what looks so far like a false breakout. 4 red candles in a row.
