Certainly a logical & potential level for a bounce on the initial tag from above. I have the 50% Fib on /ES just above 2400, which is just above that 2386 next target/price support on the /ES 60m charts I’ve been posting recently. All the better when price support or resistance levels align with key Fib retracement levels so we’ll have to see how the charts look if & when we get there. Thx for pointing that out.

Big wig investor David Tepper’s hedge fund Apaloosa recently bought a 7% stake in the company. With Corona, people are spending more time at home and more time on the internet. There’s chatter about internet restrictions & even blackouts due to overuse.
The mid band spectrum that Intelsat is negotiating with the FCC will open up huge amounts of bandwith for companies like Verizon & AT&T. It’s trading at an insane $1.33/share. Trump & FCC Chairman PAI have prioritized a fast 5G rollout. I know the political, legal, and fundamentals in play. Would love to see a technical analysis.

A recommendation was Equinix Inc., Data Centre business is booming due to higher internet usage. Chart shows stock price reversed back to all time highs. But may as you say, it may come right back down if market tanks more. May even be a better short than long idea?

I agree. Personally, I took a starter short position after posting the trade idea as although the higher-probability entry is to wait for the 207.00 level in PALL & 2116 support on /PA to be taken out with conviction, I do think that an entry for a stater position here on or just below the backtest of that ABW pattern is objective with a very favorable R/R, with a relatively tight stop (relative to the profit potential). When/if /PA & PALL break down, I’ll add to the position.

What’s your thought on taking a small starter position short in PALL today if as we get near the close, it’s still under 210? This thing tends to gap. If there’s a coming move down, I can see it gapping down huge before the market opens again, and we miss an entry. Please advise.
