Yes, my preference would be to see prices break below the recent support levels & move impulsively lower very soon as corrections are typically marked with impulsive selling with brief periods of consolidation or counter-trend bounces along the way. The fact that the broad markets are trading today exactly where they were 19 days ago speaks to their resiliency although very little, if anything, in the charts indicate to me that the bearish case has been dampened or called into question yet.

The last couple of weeks has essentially been a battle ground between bulls & bears or more accurately, the market has temporarily experienced an equilibrium of supply (sellers) and demand (buyers). Sooner than later, the prevailing force (supply or demand) that is currently in place right now will prevail with either an upside or downside breakout of this recent trading range. Ideally, I want to see the markets stay below the highs from last week & even more so (to keep the bearish case alive & healthy) would be to see a break below the recent lows from Friday, June 6th.

Would you feel the same as you did last week regarding the immediate price action....meaning we rejected these levels or closed near them in some of the indices and we'd like to see them resolve down sooner to solidify the bear case and avoid them derping around for too long?
