I haven't zeroed in on any price targets for GE yet but I will do so soon. Right now I'm looking at GE as a potential bottoming play. However, I do think that the first significant resistance will come in around 20 which is around the bottom that consolidation zone (bear flag) before the last plunge.

I should have included GE as one of the swing trade ideas in this video. After a recent failed break above the aforementioned 18.62 resistance level, the stock pulled back to the 18.08 support level with a successful test & rally off that level to take out the 18.62 level today as well as last week's <abbr class='c2c-text-hover' title='1) A bounce/pullback off support/resistance and/or a temporary consolidation around that level following a well-established trend leading up to that point. 2) A reaction low or high is a distinct point where the price of a security changed direction.'>reaction</abbr> high.
