Yeah cheap rates means you can pay a lot more for a house than you did before. Probably a lot of folks that got locked in an apartment for months that decided they weren’t ever going to do that again as well.

Maybe a lot of Londoners heading west for fresh air!

Last time I did this, futures hit limit up and my position got stuck into the close and by the next morning I was down 8% because stop limits didn’t trigger due to wild gap up. Just saying that this thing is on a mission and divergences may be burnt through or keep accumulating.
