GE broke below both the primary uptrend line (yellow) and the price channel (lower white TL) following the recent divergent high & appears headed much lower in the coming months. However, my preference would be to wait for a snap-back rally & possible backtest before taking a full short position as the odds for a stock market bounce are still decent before the next leg down.
